how do i enable "observe hand histories" is that a pt function or party function?

It's a PT feature. When you open a table at party it automatically writes HH's.

In PT click the Auto-Import icon. Press configure and add the folders where all your skins are. Click OK.

Here you see a big button that says, "Configure Import of Observed Hands". Click that and you should be all set up. If it's not finding anything, look at the "Do Not Import Observed Hands at This Time" checkbox and uncheck it.

ive got four tables open now collecting data
