however, since he has recently been spouting like he is an arm of the DoJ, i did not want to tarnish his reputation as a dangerous fed informant.

Have people wipe their cookies. It's so easy you can instruct even internet chimps to do it. In Internet Explorer: Tools/Internet Options - press the button in the middle that says Delete Cookies.

What about phone books then? Virtually all the listings include an address. Is there not some safeguard to prevent a random person from submitting a change of address? I might have to call my local postmaster tomorrow. The USPS website has a place to submit questions also - maybe they could advise. =TomBk
