I think the list would probably include a lot of games most people didn't see, such as semi-obscure college bball or football.

Of the big ones, I think the 2003 ALCS game 7 should be on there.

What about the Titans wild card game from that year? The music city miracle. That was damn exciting. Memorable, if not a 'best' game.
