I haven't read all the other responses but I would say the best place is as a dealer. Guaranteed to book a winner every single day!

The best place to live, is out of the back of your car. Every cardroom in Calif. has stories about all the money this was made last week, to bad you missed it. Its really tight now,to bad,so sorry. You might want to pick a town, where one could find a temp job now and then, Reno if you were a Truck Driver, silcon valley if you're HiTech, or a city where your old day job is now growing.
