Or you could just use plain old vaseline(read: not the vaseline lip balm), that works wonders too.

Get a humidifier for your bedroom. Get a decent model that will pump out quite a bit of water vapors every night. This should remedy things greatly.

far and away the best thing for chapped lips is "vasaline" (im not kidding), but some on your lips before you go to bed.

Burt's Bees chapstick works really great. It's got peppermint oil in it which feels great on chapped lips. You can find it at Walgreens or another drug store and the tube is a yellow color.

The remedy for chapped lips in the old west was to put some horse crap on you lips... that way, at least you stop licking them.
