You are correct! Racial diversity as a goal didn't come about until later in the 1970s. And how many minorities do you think are in Skull and Bones? Of course, Bush would be against these University racial quotas, wouldn't he? Not to mention that any minorities that he might have run into at Yale (other than the cleaning staff) would have been the handpicked best and brightest. Again, when has he had a chance to become racist?
