Id fold simply becuase its early and putting EP on KQ, QQ+.

The call to the reraise PF is fine since you got no reads yet.

Nice call.

Like others said, rereraiser's range should be somewhere around QQ+, AK; maybe he's got JJ in there preflop, but after the flop you can discount that. Dead money really doesn't matter much in this spot because those hands have you totall crushed.
