Hmmm, That's interesting.
Not sure if it matters, but those were tournament winnings. I think most of Ed's writing focuses on ring games, though. |

[ QUOTE ] Any chance of you telling us your total money spend on buy-in's? [/ QUOTE ] I think around 35k-40k. And in case you are from the I R S I have to tell you than I'm a degenerate slot machines gambler. [/ QUOTE ] How could you know? I'm aware of how much money there's to lose at those diabolic machines so I'll drop the case right here. Please continue |

Holy [censored]. The incredible part is your FT conversion ratio. 10 FTs, 6 1sts, 1 each of: 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th. [/ QUOTE ] Yes this is worth a thought. Obviously it has something to do with playing style, and the real money is in the Top3, so there's sense in taking chances to get there. I've learned a lot in that area from these boards (from sirio amongst others), so I'm a bit proud of my statistics for this week (just on a related note, not hi-jacking) 57 MTT's, 11 ITM, 5 FT's (8th, 2nd, 1st, 2nd, 3rd) |
Re: My September and October cashes
Counting only tourneys with 100+ players - In Sept and Oct I was 19 of 136 ITM with 11 FTs, but of course I was not playing as high as you and my FT distribution was not nearly as good (2,7,1,9,4,6,9,8,2,5,9). I was happy though to add 5-digit$$$ to my BR during the period.
Good job David. |
