In the long-run though, the gambling "house" which operates the gambling website, will permanently win all the money from all of the players.

This is very true in theory , happily though it is only true in theory, as with this theory the LongTerm is litteraly forever

Oh this guy 100% believes everything he put into that little article, make no mistake.

And he responds with total and complete vile aggression to anyone who dares challenge any of it.

This is very typical of someone agenda motivated, who feel very passionately about an issue, to the point where logic and reason no longer matter.

Think about the abortion issue (both sides) or the PETA folk. They don't care about truth, only their ideology or agenda prevailing.

This guy's view of online gambling is the same as say PETA's view of fur farms or cattle ranchers. He views his cause (getting people to stop gambling) as righteous and therefor any means to this end is acceptable and anyone who challenges anything he says is wrong or evil.

The ironic thing is that he's just as self delluded as that gambling addict chasing his losses at slots.

The really funny thing about all this is it is exactly what they said about Las Vegas when it started. "It will never work. Eventually the people that go there will lose all their money and it will collapse on itself.". Well... we have seen how much Las Vegas has collapsed... welcome to the world of disposable income. At least at poker the good players CAN win... as opposed to all the idiots playing Roulette or Keno.

Clearly the only solution is to take that money from the poker sites and invest it in….wait for it…..harness racing, right?

What an odd coincidence that he writes for harnesslink.com, a site to promote harness racing! What are the odds?!

Yeah, I thought it was quite funny that this article would be on a harness racing website.
