I think just preparing everything i need to be comfortable is the most helpful for getting me in the mindset. I make sure I have something caffeinated to drink, enough cigarettes, set up my music. But the time i'm done futzing with all that stuff, I'm ready to play.

If your normal game is the $22s then start with a couple of $11s to get the rust off and the juices flowing.
