Is that what you pay, or is that split with a roommate?

Curious because LA is one of the places I am considering to be in next year.

Re: What is your rent?

Putting "$575/mo with 3 roommates" is much more useful than saying, "My rent is $2300/mo."

Re: What is your rent?

Not bad right now, $650/month, 2B/2B with a roommate.

Last place I was in alone ran me $1400 (2B/2B) but it was a nice little house with a huge backyard in Cupertino.

yikes. Guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I didn't know LA was that expensive.

- $740.00/month
- 2 Bedroom apartment, almost 1000 sq. feet
- located on a golf course in Greenwood Village, only 15 minutes from Downtown Denver
- $20.00 for water/utilities per month
- Beautiful apartment complex with 2 pools and fitness center, very well landscaped.
- Fits my needs very well.

Re: What is your rent?

$732/mo. Plus utilities. 1 year lease. 1 bed/1 bath Washer/Dryer included. 900 conditioned sq.ft. + 62 sq. ft. balcony. Gated community (aren't they all??)

2 year old complex. 2nd floor.

SE Houston, TX (Hwy. 45 & Beltway 8).

Facility comes with resort-style "bean-shaped" pool, hot tub, palm trees.. 24-hr fitness center. Been there a month and me and the lady love it. Best laid-out apartment I've ever seen. Everyone who's seen it agrees.

Given the specs of the place and the fact that it's Southern California this actually sounds like a hell of a deal? Am I way off base here?

- edison, nj
