Sounds like someone has some medical bills to pay.

Be sure to post his name/address/phone, etc if he doesnt pay.

Watch yourself or you may wind up in prison. Ask a lawyer but I think threatening to publicly expose someone unless he pays up is extortion. The fact that the story may be true doesn't matter. Nor does it matter that you are collecting a valid debt. Blackmail is not a legally acceptable debt collection tactic.
