No.

Q7o is almost exactly 50% against a random hand.

Q2 is 47.3% against a random hand.

While Q2o is borderline, QJs is not. There are two factors that we need to consider here. The first is how well our hand is going to sit. We're 58% against random. This is +EV especially when considering the pot from blinds and ante's. The second fact we need to consider is that this guy needs to be slowed down. It's a lot harder to push any hand when you know you're going to be called. Add the fact that we are still alive if we lose and this is an easy call. It's time to look this guy up.
