Marie was my mom's middle name. You could take it up with her, but she died earlier this year.

His mom died the same week we found out we were having a girl, that is why we decided on that name. It's kind of a tribute to her.

Or I could just take it up with the 20 other girls I know who have the exact same middle name that was passed down from generations of people who are also dead.
