Initially support was claiming this error was due to this new 15 day rule.

Then, after much persistence, they credited the bonus to my account with the following explanation/excuse:

I'm sure you are aware we have experienced a number of technical difficulties during the JuneFever promotion and we thank you for your patience and co-operation in this matter.

We have now manually released the bonus into your account.


Translation:

We are trying to weed out bonus whores however the whole process turned into one giant clusterfcuk. Here's your goddamn money now piss off and leave us alone.

No sense in arguing with each other about how Empire attempted to justify not providing some with the bonus when Empire themselves can't even figure out how they dropped the ball on the promotion.

Solidarity my babies. Don't let them tear us apart.

How many emails did it take you? Took me 5, two of which includes threats to go to Absolute and never play Empire again.

Probably about 5 0r 6. For the last two I also forwarded my concerns to their marketing department.

When I received the email stating the bonus had been released to my account, the message was sent from affilitates@empirepoker.com as opposed to info@empirepoker.com.

I did the same as you, threatening to take by business to Stars.

I think it is maybe account specific because my wife got the email and I didn't. I play at empire and she likes to play at absolute LOL.

anyone know if it is live yet? I cant do that deposit and then quickwithdrawl anymore if it doesnt work because of the stupid cashout 15 day garbage and I want to clear it tonight.

Looks player specific to me... I didn't get the e-mail, and I can't find the bonus on their web-site.

Didn't get the email, but I used the bonus code and now have $100 bonus awaiting me. Good stuff.
