Pretty much anything Cantonese is wonderful, except exotic things like tripe, chicken feet and doves. When I lived in Boston, my favorite orders in Chinatown were General Tso's chicken, beef chow fun, mapa tofu, and spicy dry-fried salted squid (which is much better than it sounds).
