I think you're talking about 'bad beat'. It goes to the second best hand.

I think quads vs. top-set-for-a-full-house is hugely profitable, more in the realm of possibility, and not yet mentioned.
i.e. 55 vs KK on 55Kxx board.

J on the turn
2 opponents with AT

made me 27 big bets.
