Re: Cardrooms near Seattle airport

[ QUOTE ] Been awhile since I have been up there though- maybe it has changed? [/ QUOTE ] I think it has probably changed. I played there twice back in April. Saturday night they had a lot of games going, and yet the floor went to the cage for me. The following Wednesday there was a smaller crowd with a list - they gave me a beeper so I could step out for a bite. Both nights the dealers were pleasant and friendly. Plenty of tourists who think K4 off is a great hand to play in EP. I've never had a better experience in a cardroom. (In terms of service, of course.) Much better than River Rock, IMO. [/ QUOTE ] You owe it to yourself to try the muck or lils sometime . |

I bow to your superior arrogance. And I agree to disagree. Are you absolutely sure you've never encountered team-mates in these rooms? It's more prevalent that you're probably aware of - and not limited to these rooms. It's not an insurmountable challenge either, but it's one I personally don't care for. |
Re: Cardrooms near Seattle airport
I just really prefer the lets get drunk and lose half my pay check attitude Fridays at the Drift on Inn. Then again im only 20 and my options are limited.

[/ QUOTE ] Yes because obviously being from 'outside boston' you have more experience playing in these rooms than i do. And obviously, again, tulalip has less of it, beacuse of the thousands of hours you've put in at that room to have enough of a sample size to really judge that there is 'less'? |

I agree, that is a great attitude . I haven't tried that place yet though. What's the highest limit they regularly spread? [/ QUOTE ] During the week they usually spread 4/8 and 4/8 full kill, but on the weekends they have 8/16. If smoke bothers you though you will probably wont want to play there. IMO super drunk LAGs make up for the carcinogens in the air. |
