Mediterranean: Roasted Garlic (cheap cost, food is really really really good, my favorite Italian/Med. place to eat.)

Mexican: Frontera. Kicks the snot out of El Asswrecker, I mean El Azteca.

Ever eat at Van Gogh's? Fairly expensive (5 drinks and dinner for one was $175) but pretty damned good. Weird place. Up off HWY 9 I think, in Alpharetta.
The rest of your list looks pretty good.
