I went to UW. I love UW. I used to blast UT at parties in our house on Randall Ct. I hate that YHFT record. I really hate that record. That is all.

I put DJ Shadow's Endtroducing on the list, and anyone that says it isn't a rock album can kiss my fat black ass.

Re: Best rock albums since 1990

My list, heavily tilted to the music of the last three years or so, since I didn't listen to much music before then. Also, I only took albums from this thread and albums I have in MP3, which limits things a bit

Wilco - Summerteeth
Arcade Fire - Funeral
Broken Social Scene - you forgot it in people
Radiohead - OK Computer
NMH - Aeroplane
Shins - OIW
Interpol - turn on the bright lights
Beta Band - 3 EP's
Postal Service - Give up
Flaming Lips - Yoshimi
Sufjan Stevens - Seven Swans
Badly Drawn Boy - Hour of the Bewilderbeest
RJD2 - Deadringer (kind of hip-hop, I guess)
Libertines - UP the bracket

Others that I just thought of but didn't want to put anywhere:
Ryan Adams - Heartbreaker
Jim O'Rourke - Insignificance

The lack of Failure's Fantastic Planet on any list saddens me.

Also, the lack of Built to Spill on any list (or maybe I missed it) also saddens me.

Also, Dismemberment Plan.

There are many more, but I'll just go with my top 3 somewhat obscure but not really obscure at all bands.

Shouldn't you be spending your time posting bad beats, droping 73 racks or not coming within 15 feet of another male as opposed to raving about how bad one of the most amazing albums of the past 15 years is?

I wanted to, but I couldn't decide which album I liked best - ancient melodies of the future probably should have been on mine however.

If it makes you feel any better, you're wrong about YHF. I don't mean that in a "in my opinion" kind of way. I mean that anyone who HATES YHF is objectively wrong and thus should recieve the board title of sub-human retard, ala CMI.
