with a bad ass stereo, voice activated navigation, and voice activated blue tooth. they look okay on the outside, but are bitchin' on the inside. 3.5 liter V6.

Dude get a Ford Crown Victoria. The Crown Vic is a badass car. I'd also recommend a used Chevy Caprice or Impala SS from the mid 90's.

If you can find a police package caprice w/ the Corvette engine from the mid-late '90's yeah. The police package had a different chip you need. Probably not many left in decent shape. Excellent cars. Ugly but excellent. Cops uniformly liked the caprice a lot better. The crown vic didn't compare well to the caprice, but maybe they have improved them.
