Yeah but clearly a fetus REALLY isnt PART of the mother's body, but inside her body.

EASY ONE TO ANSWER. When kids are looking at pics of their mothers pregnant do their parents say: 1) Thats when you were part of mom's body OR 2) Thats when you were inside mom's belly.

We all know the reality is a fetus is a separate human life. I just dont understand why we can't admit it...then deal with the issue of abortion.

Because people really don't want to give an inch. You want to make them work for every inch, even when it doesn't make sense.

A fetus is a human life.

The caveat is that there are many animals more developed than a 3 month old fetus, and there are also many animals more developed than an one month old fetus.
