The easiest way to complete "offers" is to use a credit card generator... a legit one. My credit card, the AT&T Universal Cash Rewards card, has this piece of software I downloaded from the online bill pay service that lets me generate card numbers with a certain dollar limit. I use those numbers at any site that seems a bit shady or if I think they might attempt to charge my card in the future. If you sign up for one of these $1 offers that plans on charging you $39.95 a month in the future, it's much easier for them to run into a card with a $1 limit than it is for you to actually manage to cancel it.
