Re: Does anyone eat pickled eggs?
Only time I've ever heard of Scotch eggs is here on 2+2. Never seen them on any menu either.

I never heard of scotch eggs either, but I just googled them and they look awesome!

Re: Does anyone eat pickled eggs?
Here's a recipe and picture.
http://www.visitrannoch.com/scotch-eggs.htm You can get them in any deli/supermarket in the UK. Hell, the sandwich van where I work sells em off the back. I'm gonna get one on Monday now. mmmmm |
Re: Does anyone eat pickled eggs?
Couldn't you just drop them in the left over juice of an empty pickle jar?

Re: Does anyone eat pickled eggs?
The recipe says you can eat 'em cold. I'd pass on that one. Could be good hot though. A quarter pound of sausage per egg sounds extremely rich and kind of gall-bladder boggling. I think I'd max at two of these, maybe one.

You're spot on. One is enough for anyone.
