Day 1: play - heat a
Day 2: off - heat b plays
Day 3: off - heat c plays
day 4: off - heat d plays
day 5: play - heats a and b
day 6: off - heats c and d play
day 7: off - no one plays
day 8: bubble. cry.

There are 4 first days, 2 second days, and a break day. So only 10 days of play. Plus they probably will only go with that schedule if theyhave more than 7000 entries.

The format will be somewhat slower and probably will result in a stronger final table.

This would change my thought, of course, but still better for top players.
