Yes, that's the direct route from the NJTP. From Exit 7 you can take I295 (which runs parallel to NJTP) down to Mount Laurel. I295 generally has less traffic and there are no tolls.

wtf? Obviously I mean if coming from the north, especially since the poster I replied to is from Springfield. Otherwise I don't understand.

I was saying that it's at exit 4, not 7.

The poster was curious as to where it is, not what's a cheap way to get there from their location. You even said something about getting off at 7 and traveling parallel down to Mout Laurel. If you did that you would get off 295 right at, yup, exit 4. So, it's at exit 4, not 7.
