Ive had 2, one online and one at a home game, both times using both my cards. I was once at Caesars playing 3/6. I was the BB the guy to my left had $5 left and asked the dealer if he could just go allin blind, the dealer said just wait til I deal then raise allin. The guy does so and proceeds to get a Royal using both his hole cards. I was in with one other guy we showed our hands for the side pot then the dealer looks at the allin and says "lets see yours" the guy looks up at him and says "thanks alot" turns over the royal, collects his $15, tips the dealer $1 and walks out. Im pretty sure he went outside and jumped off the boat.

5 of them. 4 in 2004 and only 1 in 2005. 4 of them using both hole cards. One of them I flopped the royal. Worst part is that all 5 was with the Party network so no extra cash for them.

One royal in Pokertracker over 12k hands. 3 straight flushes during the same amount. 2 straight flush live. The royal made me 3 bucks.

I've had 5 or 6 of them, and folded one of them by mistake! [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

I think all of my royals have used both hole cards, but almost all of my straight flushes have only used 1 of my hole cards.

Have had two. Both came Augest last year using both hole cards in Hold 'em. Have also Had a A-7 straght flush in Omaha Hi/Lo. I know it doesnt count but it did count both ways winning the high and low! I had A267h

I actually saw my first Royal at my home game last night. It was heads-up between BB and MP limper. It came Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. BB check, MP bet, BB raise, MP call. Turn is the 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. BB bet, MP raise, BB call. River is K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. BB goes all-in, MP thinks for a second and says "You only would have played the nut flush draw like that," and throws away 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] face up. BB showed the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. It was pretty funny.
