By more freedom I mean less hassling from bosses about projects overdue because of me working on nifty polls in OOT.

By more time off I mean paid time away from the damn office. I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] vacation.

I don't get hassled by my boss at all, I'm just get incredibly bored. This just means I'll be sticking it out for another couple months until I find something more interesting.
