Funny, I just got my November offer.

$700 for 20k hands, and I already had 15k logged when I was made the offer.

I play 5/10 and 10/20 SH fwiw

Your supposed to but Ive emailed my rep 5 times now. No response so good luck getting that sorted out.

yup.. i had the same experince. after several emails in which they said they woild call me, aND DIDnt, i called them. got xferrred to vip and got basically a 8% rakeback offer (250 20+5 sng for $100 in 5 days).
