Just weighed in. The scales kept flickering between 14.13 and 15.00, so mission accomplished.

However, my initial 16.00 was last thing at night, and this was first thing at morning, when I was very dehydrated so I have only lost 8-9 pounds of blubber and feel the victory is pyrrhic. Still, moving in the right direction and doing exercise (1 hr walks), feel more healthy, still long way to go.
