I tried to block out this memory. I was forced to sit through a showing of Strictly Ballroom. How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days couldn't even come close to the suffering that comes from sitting through that atrocity of cinema.

That would be Picture Perfect. Not fantastic, but there are worse movies.

The answer to the OP would be any Robert Altman film. Pret-a-Porter was just awful. The worst movie I have ever seen is Dr T and The Women. If you've ever sat through one of these, you learn to appreciate films like Picture Perfect & The Notebook.

to the OP: i thought the notebook was good, i still occasionally watch this movie with my gf and its still enjoyable.

The Notebook is what's wrong with the world. Films like this give young women an unrealistic impression of what relationships are about. Sure many mature people can see that this is soppy load of utter garbage but some chicks actually think that guys like Noah exist.

THIS FILM IS THE WORST FILM I HAVE EVER SEEN......However, IMDB has it at 6.6/10.....How this is possible is beyond me....

and

"Children of the Corn, Part 2: The Final Sacrifice" (0 out of 4 stars and perhaps the worst film to have any loose connection to Stephen King, which is saying a lot; do you realize they made 6 of these???)

in college, Coyote Ugly -- f'ing terrible. one of the broads on my dorm floor asked me to grab the vcd copy of it, and of course I had to watch it with her. the worst part is that nothing came of it.

"Anywhere But Here," with Natalie Portman and Susan Sarandon. AND I had to see it with 2 of her gf's.

Funny how the movie title described my sentiments of where I wanted to be during those horrible 2 hours.

She wanted to see Magnolia. Then 1/2 hour in she thought it sucked and wanted to leave. I liked the [censored] thing so I said no, let's stay. Later, she asked me if I was gay. I don't give a [censored], I like that [censored] movie. That still pisses me off. [censored] off.

Solaris and its not even close. 20 people went into the movie theatre to watch it, me and my girlfriend were the only ones left at the end.

You should consider yourself extremely lucky. These are decent movies that just don't fit your taste. One of them won best picture. Have you read the rest of this thread? These other guys are being absolutely tortured with bad movies. Juwanna Man? Anywhere But Here? Hope Floats? You should be dancing a jig.

White Noise. This movie was bearable, you could almost get scared by it, up until the last 20-30 mins. Then it just got insanely stupid and ruined it all. Also, The Whole Ten Yards. Only movie I've ever walked out on.

Not too bad compared to some other horror stories. Guess I'm just lucky and pick out girls that don't want to drag me to see chick flix.

this is a shame too - because the whole nine yards was a surprisingly funny flick. what a waste that second piece of crap was.
