Is everyone getting 30 days to clear? The announcement said 10 days so I am currious. I am going on vacation for part of the time so was going to only do a partial deposit. If 30 days are available, then give me the $100!

I'm still pissed at the Junefever debacle.


After several E-Mails complaining about it,I get a response saying I have only played 110 hands.


I have played exactly 0 raked hands at Empire since I deposited at the start of the "Junefever" promotion [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

i heard you are no longer allowed to use the same neteller account to fund your empire and party accounts. I want to do this bonus but not if it means i wont be able to deposit onto party from my neteller account in the future. thanks for replys

Well it let me used the same neteller account for Empire that I used for Party. I haven't deposited at party since I've been at Empire so I guess I'll cross that bridge next time Party has a reload...

I believe it's been determined the Neteller rule is about multiple users using the same neteller account. They dont care if one user is using Neteller on different skins. They just dont want Joe Blow and John Doe named accounts sharing the same Neteller account for deposits and withdrawals at any site.

Yeah, I use the same Neteller at all of the Skins. They won't verify the same bamk for me though through IGM until I send i a voided check to Empire.

Bonus still works, no email here.

I got the GET15 bonus last month. I only play there when I play a bonus and the time between the two bonuses was a little over a month. I think you have to be away for a dececnt amount of time in order to get that. That was my first account specific bonus Ive ever got too.

I didn't get an email and still got the bonus when depositing just now (10x hands and 30 days to clear). Sweet!

I deposited and it said it went through, but then it didn't show up in my cashier window and it says "elapsed" in my bonus account info, anyone know why this might have happened?

The exact same thing happened to me actually. I even got an email saying that "$100 has been added to my bonus account, blah blah blah." So I emailed Empire asking why it wasn't it my bonus account and asked if they could add it there because there "must have been a mistake."

Their response was that I withdrew funds the day before depositing. Therefore, under their new rules, the bonus is invalid. We apologize for the inconvenience, blah blah blah.

What BS. Should I even bother replying back to them to try to sway them? Waste of time?

They had the same problem with the previous bonuses in June.

I e-mailed them and they sorted it out - in the end.
I played the hands in the meantime and they counted.

p.s. Just entered the code and got my $100 bonus. Now i just need to play 1000 raked hands

mine is also "elapsed" and I got only 10 days. An email won't hurt. They fixed it last time.

not much you can do to sway them, if you cash out within 15 days of the bonus you cant get it.

I deposited on 7/13/05 and they told me I had until 8/13/05 to clear. Yesterday my due date magically switched to 7/23/05 and my bonus status was labeled "Elapsed." I emailed Empire and CSR Suku wrote me back to tell me not to worry about it. He said I should just play 1,000 raked hands, email him back after that, and then he'll credit me the $100.
