It's the best. None of my friends agree, they all think that the one with the devil sandwich is the best (I can't recall the name now). Kidney Car is brilliant.

I still haven't seen that episode yet. I plan to watch the first 3 seasons between when I get back to school and graduation though. Then I'll post a top 5 episode list. I think that the birthday rabbit/snake episode was lousy.

Speaking of rape, The Sopranos "Employee of the Month" stands out.

I always liked the "Cheers" where Coach is staking Harry Anderson in a poker game, and Harry is dumping chips to his buddy. This episode was VERY early in the show's run. When Norm and Cliff move menacingly towards Harry, you think they might kick his ass--an absurd notion now that the characters have turned into caricatures, but very believable back then. But it was actually a great dramatic moment.

While I am a fan of West Wing you guys are all on crack. The funniest thing ever on television is a little girl standing at the front of her class telling the story about the New Orleans Saints kicking a meaningless fieldgoal to cover the spread. The Simpsons football betting episode by a mile and it ain't close.

There was an episode of Hill Street Blues where they were investigating a massacre, and at the end the perps turned out to be a bunch of kids - all the anger and rage of the cops (and the audience) morphed into despair.

It was powerful stuff.

The Simpsons episode with Homer and the 30 foot long sandwich that he keeps eating for days and finally gives him food poisoning. Classic line, spoken to sandwich "How could I stay mad at you?" This episode also contains the great Lisa Simpson LSD trip (and maybe the introduction of the 7 Duffs, though possibly I'm conflating 2 episodes).

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air where Prince & Ashley go to apawn shop. Sell a violin and ge the drums.

Watch Will dancing while Ashley is playing is the best! I can't tell you how many times this sill scene had me on the floor laughing.
