Excellent post!

I really like what you said about reviewing hands, and not simply looking for the right play but reviewing what you were feeling/thinking when you made the play.

Of the 5 actions you listed about when you're on tilt/running bad. I can say that I'm guilty of 4 of them.

Again, excellent post, thank you. It seems that you learned alot from your downswing, and I hope I can accomplish the same.

I'm in the same boat right now, though after reviewing some of my hands from this morning and last night, I notice some really really bad play. I'll post some more about the way my downswing has changed things in an hour or so after I eat.

Don't use a LHE book to study NL. I made that mistake and it took a few months to unlearn it.
