How are you guaranteed 4.50 at the end? Is the river always going check, bet, raise, call?

Calling is iffy. Why? Because there are so many ifs, as your post shows.

There is a proven underlying logic to the ranking of the options in the game of poker, and I think this is a situation where it is fleshed out.

Lastly, part of your reasoning hinges on it being "a loose 1/2 game." I highly recommend that you not do this for a variety of reasons. Ultimately the game will not win for you. Your own great play will.
