yeah I have no idea what the action was in this hand. But if there were 5 in on a raised flop, Id check behind. No way u pick it up.

Think of it like this. We give everyone a 50 percent chance to fold. Basic math is .5*.5*.5*.5 = about a 6 percent chance u pick it up. But even if your chance of picking up the pot compared good to the odds from the pot, that probably still will not happen a realistic amount. 4 other people are not all folding in a 10+bets pot. If they do, they obviously all had Jokers in their hands, even then they'd still call usually.

arguments could be made it improves your chances of winning, but if one or two call your hand is likely a 3outer to a pair ( counting the pair outs as a 3 outer on occasion will be optimistic here) w/ 2 BD possiblilies, so u essentially have a 5-6 outer, at best.
