Several posters have already pointed out a lot of your mistakes in the hands so I'm going to give you specifics but I'll give you the best possible advice in the world...

Go and find a copy of the book Small Stakes Hold'em by Miller et al.

I think party may have some sort of hypnotic effect that induces people to play way too many hands. I can't play there. I lose my ass there by playing way too loose / passive. I moved to fulltilt .25/.5 and now play 23/9/1.4 - still working on which opportunities I take to raise. Anyway, about you.. It looks like you play way too many hands and play them from bad position. There are too many people seeing the flop not to tighten up. I was voting fold on almost all those hands preflop except AK. That I would have capped preflop and folded to the bet 3flush. Also, I would sometimes bet out the flop even on a miss to see if I can get everyone to fold. Specifically the 22 and A2d - a bet will sometimes take the pot when nobody hits.
