The point is that when you're trying to figure out a range of hands for your opponent you have to take into account new information, i.e. the fact that only one ace is left in the deck on the turn, when you are figuring the probability he holds an ace. The fact that there are 3 aces on the board means the likelihood of him having an ace is much smaller...i.e. the board isn't scary at all, he has the second nuts and OP should be pushing his chips towards the middle as fast as possible.
