The don't pass line has some of the best odds in the casino.

After the Come Out roll, you are better than 50/50 of winning.
A 4 or 10 gives you 2 to 1 odds (I will cover myself even more by playing a hard 4/10. I increase the odds to 7 to 2)
A 5 or 9 gives you 3-2 odds
A 6 or 8 gives you 6-5 odds

The only negative is the Come out roll, but you will only lose 22% of the time and actually win 11%

I agree it is not as fun, but it can be quite lucrative

Pushing on Boxcars brings your odds down to almost exactly identical to that of a pass line bettor. I prefer to have fun with the crowd and play the pass line.

Pass. Craps is about having fun and yelling for the shooter to make the point.

Besides, it's more fun getting odds than it is laying them.

I say it's more fun winning 3-4 bets on one roll, collecting bets and odds bets, and only losing one bet at a time.

And since most people go right, I have to go wrong!

Nah, I'm a wrong-way driver all the way. That way I never get caught up in the emotion.

I like to stone-faced rake in the chips while the rest of the table moans and groans.
