I think its safe to say KK cant be folded in that game. Mahatma regulary pushes much lighter hands and others do too.

I think it's safe to say that this is terribly wrong. First of all, I'm not positive that Mahatma preflop bluffs all-in when the game isn't shorthanded. But even if he did, this doesn't mean anything.

Because Mahatma and those that push light preflop are not the only people who play the game. Even in these games, I imagine (again, no real insight) you'll find reasonable TAG opponents who won't 3-bet you preflop w/worse than AA. It's just as player-dependent as it is at 5/10 NL. You can't say "well everybody else is pushing worse than KK so this guy must doing so as well."
