I almost always fold TT. JJ is frequently a fold as well unless the 3-bettor is very aggressive with his 3-bets pf. QQ is almost always a cap unless the 3-bettor is very tight (then fold for me). KK / AA / AKs I always play.

Of course, this happens very rarely. I can't remember the last time I saw this happen, and I play in pretty aggressive games.
