I've almost forgotten that we've played HU before. Good strategy especially since I was pratically clueless on HU play way back then. When I played HU with JeffW a couple months ago I abused this line a lot.

You're list good reasons on why this CR is bad. I remember reading something on the forums about CRing on a Ace high board against a blind stealer. Villain is les likely to be stealing from UTG 7 Handed. And I'll have to fire two barrels more often than I'll like. Come to think of it this hand wasn't even the worse. In my sessions at tight ass 5/10 today I checkraised probably way too much with like pratically nothing. No draws, no high card strenght. Might be because I get too impatient nowadays.

People do this to me all the time at 5-10. Look at it from the perspective of the PFR.

Lets say I have QQ, i raise, all fold to u, a TAG who is probably tricky, you call in the BB.

A T 2

I bet, you c/r.

When I have QQ here, I think about what this c/r is trying to acomplish. Why, if you had an A, would you c/r this flop. I usually do not. So just by that thought alone, I'd call the c/r, call the turn, and call the river.

If you actually do have an A, i'll make a note of it and move on.

From your end, against a quality player, your hand is done. You are ahead of KQ, KJ, and QJ. But you aren't ahead by much. I'd c/f this flop almost always.

Once the opponent calls the flop c/r, can doing anything on the turn other than checkfolding be correct?

Pot is tiny, why are you putting in 2 bets to win 5, when your hand is likely no good?
