Flas intros are quite useless, but the style and colors you used in the intro were a lot better than the style you used once we enter the site. I would try to change the scheme of the site to match the intro's feel.

The design scheme is very hodge podge and mismatched. The graphics you made don't look anything like the graphics you used from the web-site builder. The flash intro needs to have the skip button right away and really doesn't need to be there at all.

You really need to think about the audience of your site and what they're looking for. If this were the site for, say, a club, art dealer, or fashion designer, then things like the flash intro add to the ambiance of the site and help establish credibility (image and style are a big party of credibility for businesses like that). Your site is an informational site; the way you will establish credibility is with your information. With that in mind, you need to make sure the site is tailored to highlight your information. Clean up the interface and make it look like you weren't actually on these drugs when you made the site. Leave that for another audience.
