I should have mentioned that this is a 10+1, so I wouldn't give my opponent too much credit. Also, folding to that bet just seemed incredibly weak.

I'm kidding, but you did mess this hand up. Raise pf is fine if you're comfortable playing a raised pot with JJ oop. You might not be, so maybe consider limping. Flop is a check fold, but to that small bet sticking around is fine. Like splashpot said, turn is a check fold unless it's really small again. Your turn bet is really bad. Depending on how you got to the river, that K is a great card so I might call a small amount, but it totally depends on turn action when you don't bet.
