indeed. now i have no excuse to not join a gym.

You don't need a gym. I went for a walk outside today. It was 74 degrees. Quite nice, actually.

Prop B: $400
Mile run. So this does not become a de-hydration contest, I challenge you to a mile run (4 laps on a track). If I win, but over 6 minutes, I will re-imburse you $50 for every 30 seconds over 6 minutes. I just walked one mile and feel like crap.

[/ QUOTE ]

GOOD LUCK. A 6-minute mile is FAST.

Being as how I currently couldn't run 1/4 mile, you are correct.

Agreed. The best scenario is that I win $800 and get more healthy. The 2nd best scenario is that I get more healthy and we chop. The 3rd best scenario is that I get more healthy and lose $800 to a friend. The worst scenario is that I lose $800 because I am a lazy fat-ass with no will power. This is just the motivation that I need to start doing something.

It takes me 35 minutes to do a mile, which isn't too bad (because I swim).
