You can do both without having to redeposit but you'll need to do 500 raked for the sign-up then a further 500 for the reload.

As previously discussed, our rules clearly stated that Rounders tokens were neither transferable nor redeemable for cash and as such the network was in a position where players were going to lose such tokens. A decision was taken to put on the MCM Special Freeroll in order for players with outstanding tokens to use them in full and the $75,000 prize pool was increased by the network so as to ensure that we made no gain from the tokens. I think this is a prima network decision... I wouldnt blame bet 365 exclusively... their support staff has been pretty quick, always helpful, the software is good, and the bonus is great... ill keep playing there honestly...

I've sent their customer service 2 e-mails and have received no response in over 48 hours. I also phoned their customer service and could barely understand their thick UK accent. I still haven't received my 100.00 initial deposit bonus. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
