Last week, in a 1/2 limit game, I saw a guy check quad kings on the river with 3 other people in the hand and he was last to act. His excuse?

"I was hoping to check-raise."

Yeah, reminds me of Alan and his constant check-calling with big hands. Maybe they're related.

Damn that dude in seat 3 was excited. Slight tell there as he can't wait to push his chips in.

I have played many many hours of limit (8/16) with Sonny in seat two. He generally plays weekdays in the mid-morning to late afternoon. I have never seen him play NL so it will be interesting to see how he does.
