Ouch, 10 buy-ins in 100 hands. I have a hard time believing that was done without some element of tilt but I suppose its possible.

Regardless, your luck sucks. It takes some serious poker-god smiting to lose that much that fast. I tend to stop when I hit 3-4 buy-ins and come back the next day.

And no, i've never made 10 buy-ins in 100 hands... not even close :P

i think getting away from the computer or maybe playing a SnG or low-stakes MTT would definitely help out.. relax and have fun with it.

Hang in there Skuzzy, I was looking for a post like this today (misery loves company!) I went to bed last night w/ sick beat after sick beat going through my head. I tossed and turned for what seemed like 3 hours before falling to sleep.

From Friday night to Sunday night it was a series of crushing moments culminating with this low-light:

- Very big MTT several hours in, chip leader at my table and get involved w/ this hand w/ a similar stack. I have pocket Aces, I re-raise to isolate against his UTG raise. Flop comes 10 9 2o. He leads out w/ a big bet and I put him all in. He goes in to the tank for 30 seconds and calls w/ J10. Turn 8 River 7!!!!

It's not 10 buy-ins but busting out in MTTs late hurts just the same. Variance sucks!
