I wouldnt fold. If you eliminate AA (likely since there is one on the board and one in your hand and two players agressively playing). A 7 makes you a 85-15 dog. Odds justify calling. On the other hand a set means your drawing close to dead.

A 7 = 6-1 (approximate but makes the math easy)
Set = 0
I am going to eliminate straight and two pair not including the A due to the early betting.

This means that if there is less than a 33% chance that one of the villans has set then you can play. So if you divide it by two that means that you need less than a 17% chance that they have a set to justify calling. I dont like those odds. Fold.
