They say it is calculated by standard house advantage (which is what?) times amount wagered. So it isnt the amount you lose, but the amount you wager, which means you could win every hand and still get rakeback.

You get RB on the money you lose overall I believe. So you need 101+% RB to profit.

Getting rakeback on the money you lose would be even more profitable. For example... Let's say you bet $1000 with 25% rakeback on losses. For simplicity, let's say the house wins 51% of the time and you win 49% of the time. Then...

EV = (0.49)*$1000 - (0.51)($750)
= +$107.50

So, as you can see, your $1000 bet has a positive expectation of $107.50.

Of course, there are other problems, such as if you win the bet your MGR will go down by $1000 which will screw with your rakeback if you're also playing poker. But theoretically what I said is correct if you're only planning to ever make that one big bet on PartyPoker.

standard house advantage (which is what?)

This is the big question. I'm guessing it's the value more favorable to party, which would be the house advantage for perfect play. But, you never know. I'd email someone on their affiliate team.
